Gulfport Senior Center Public Input Meeting Tuesday, April 30th | 5:30 p.m. Gulfport Senior Center, 5501 27th Ave. S. The Gulfport Multipurpose Senior Center (the Senior Center), a trusted leader in providing City of Gulfport senior services, will be hosting a public input meeting to discuss plans for the construction of a new, larger, and more senior-focused center. The meeting is aimed at gathering community feedback and insights as the project moves forward. “The current building’s lack of space and non-efficient configuration limits the Senior Center’s ability to serve as many people as it could or to do so in the most efficient ways possible,” said Rachel Cataldo, Supervisor of the Gulfport Multipurpose Senior Center. “The new building will address these challenges and allow us to better fulfill our mission of empowering older adults to live life to the fullest.” The public input meeting serves as an opportunity for community members to voice their opinions and suggestions regarding the proposed new Senior Center facility.
